Hiring 4 Less

Hi there! Thanks for stopping by.

My Name is Joel Neuman. Let me tell you my story:

In 2012, I decided to take the leap and open my own graphics and branding company. I worked tirelessly to grow my business, and my hard work paid off as I was able to secure more clients and complete more projects.

But despite my success, I soon found myself at a dead-end.

I was overwhelmed with the amount of work I had to complete on my own and was unable to take on new projects. My days were consumed with work and I couldn’t even take a vacation or go to an appointment with my child without feeling guilty.

I felt trapped and knew something had to change.

I first considered hiring a local employee, but the cost of finding someone with the necessary skills and who aligned with my design style was too high. Next, I tried hiring freelancers, but they were often too busy with other projects and didn’t have the same focus on quality. I felt like I wasn’t getting much value from them.

One day, I was setting up a design booth for a trade show and I met another architect named Kriss, who shared with me how he had changed his business by hiring remote workers from overseas. He paid them significantly less than he would have to pay someone locally, yet they were skilled, eager to work, and had experience in all the programs he needed. Importantly, they also aligned with his design style because they worked for him full-time.

That was a turning point for me.

I knew that I needed to find a way to hire remote workers, and Kriss put me in touch with people in the Philippines. I hired my first remote worker, a graphics designer, and soon after that, I hired another designer and an assistant. This allowed me to have more time in my day, more time for my family, and the ability to take on more projects.

As I got to know my remote staff better, I also came to understand the Phillippine culture better. Trust, dedication, and pride in their work are woven into the fabric of their country.

They want to see my business grow and prosper because they take a personal stake in it – if my business succeeds, they succeed.

Since those early days, I have built my own management team in the Phillippines. I was able to hand-pick superstars who I’ve worked with for years, and grew a team of over 30 people who work remotely as recruiters, admin supervisors, and billing specialists, that help companies like yours hire remote employees.

We love our work and we really enjoy our collaboration!

We have daily remote Zoom calls, Zoom birthday parties and even go on workshops and vacations together.

Although we are miles away, I work as closely with them as if they were here, and I believe that anyone can build a highly effective, loyal team by working with people from the Philippines.

Let us show you how!

Sincerely yours
