Our remote employees go through a screening process and so you can trust them the same as you trust an employee who is  sitting next to you. No. Your staff member/s will be 100% dedicated to your business. You wouldn’t have your onshore staff work for another business

No, we do not have a minimum locked-in contract period. Our clients are free to stop using our services at any time. However, we prefer to work with clients who are not project-based and who are willing to give their outsourcing employees time to settle in and adapt to the work environment. We recommend allowing 4 to 6 weeks of training before making a decision to end the arrangement.

The answer to that is that actually you could more be in control when you hire somebody remotely than you hire somebody locally.

When you hire somebody locally, you cannot look into his computer. When you hire somebody remotely, we have a program that’s called HubStaff time tracking that takes every 10 minutes a screenshot of your employee’s computer, and the client will have access to that, and it will take a screenshot and activity, and also we have a supervisor that looks that over and if something is off or we see the screens are empty, they will right away contact the employee

Your remote employee will work your business hours or any hours you require them to.

You will be charged weekly all inclusive for the week pay for your employee from Hiring 4 Less

Typically, finding a new hire takes 5 days. However, the exact time frame may depend on the role and other factors.

it depends on the nature of the job. While it is unlikely to find a person with expertise in both a highly specialized role such as graphic design and a more administrative role such as bookkeeping, you can hire a person with expertise in one area and provide training for the other. For example, you can hire a bookkeeper with experience and provide training in customer service and appointment setting.
